- Ooty Stay: The hotel must be located within a 10 KM radius of Ooty Bus Stop. Stays beyond this limit may also incur additional distance charges.
- Kodaikanal Stay: The hotel must be located within a 10 KM radius of Kodaikanal Bus Station. Stays beyond this limit may also incur additional distance charges.
- Jeep safari in the forest, entry fee & guide fee at any of the visits
