- Check-out time max at 12:00 PM (local time), an extra will be charged for late checkout.
- After you accept the invoice, if you cancel the booking, we will charge $50 (USD) as a handling/admin charge.
- Prices are subject to change with/without prior notice.
- Rooms are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
- We haven't made any bookings without payment from your side.
- Minimum 50% Down Payment as an advance, Balance/Full Payment must be done H-7 before arrival in Bali.
- No Refunds or Replacements for lost or damaged, or unused tickets & meal vouchers (coupons).
- If you cancel the booking, the hotel will be charged as per their policy cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Book with a part payment of 5000%; the balance is due before departure.
- Fares are subject to 5% GST.
