- Extra Charges: Incase you need other than specified pick-up/drop-off location, additional distance charges will be applied. To know additional charges, you need to share your Pick-up & drop-off location through our customer care team, so that we will check and let you know.
- Incase drop-off not completed by 11 PM at Hyderabad, additional waiting charges will be applied. Rs.150 to 250 per hour.
- Driver would take care of his food & stay (if applicable).

Terms & Conditions
- A ticket confirmation email and SMS is sent along with the Driver/Tour operator contact numbers.
- Passengers are requested to contact the Tour operator or Driver for boarding point or vehicle-related queries.
- Passengers are requested to cooperate with the tour operator if the vehicle is delayed due to traffic or any other reasons.
- Passengers are requested to reach the boarding point 10 minutes before the departure time.
- Passengers are requested to take care of their belongings throughout the trip.
- Bestbus.in is only an online booking agency, we are not Tour Operators.
- The above itinerary is only a proposed/indicative outline, and our tour operator reserves the right to change it as per operational feasibility.
- Visit to all the sightseeing places is subject to time availability.
- Bestbus will not be responsible for any natural or social calamities.
- All tourists should carry/produce their personal (in original) ID cards with them during the tour.
- Note 1: The above-listed spots will not be covered in sightseeing if the tourist spots are closed due to Bandh/strikes/floods or any other reasons.
- Note 2: In case pick-up or/and drop-off location is outside of Bangalore city limits, additional distance charges will be applicable for both pick-up and drop-off based on the distance.
- Note 3: Generally, we don’t charge extra, but in case of any extra charges like GST/Service Charges/Increase in Hotel tariffs due to high demand, they need to be paid in cash if required.
Cancellation Policy
- Book with a part payment of 1000%; the balance is due before departure.
- Fares are subject to 5% GST.
